I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals who appear successful but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Some are facing career stress, relationship difficulties, or questions about identity and self-worth. Others are struggling with long-standing emotional patterns that no longer serve them.
I also help individuals who tend to keep their emotions tightly held or have difficulty opening up. If you’re used to managing everything alone and aren’t sure how to start, that’s okay. We’ll begin wherever you are.
My approach is collaborative, tailored, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I use either cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), depending on your preference and the nature of what brings you in.
CBT is especially helpful for those who want a structured, goal-oriented path to manage symptoms and change unhelpful thinking patterns. For others, particularly clients healing from trauma, Interpersonal Psychotherapy may be the better fit, focusing on how current relationships and social supports affect mood and recovery.
Superbill provided for PPO reimbursement. Limited sliding-scale spots available on request. I do not accept cash, checks, or in-network insurance.
No. I currently offer online sessions only.
For individual psychotherapy, the fee is $150 per 50-minute session.
Payment options: credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards via the secure SimplePractice portal; card is stored and billed after each session.
For clients healing from trauma, IPT may be the better fit. It offers a treatment path that eases symptoms by strengthening current relationships and support, making it a gentler alternative for clients who find exposure-based therapies too intense.
IPT connects mood problems to current relationships. By improving communication and social support around grief, role changes, conflicts, or isolation, IPT reduces anxiety and depression.
CBT teaches us techniques to correct our patterns of thinking - it gives us tools to more correctly discern emotions from facts and dread from reality.
CBT is especially helpful for those who want a structured, goal-oriented path to manage symptoms and change unhelpful thought patterns.
